The purpose of this course is to introduce the LCT students about the passion of Jesus Christ, starting from the Garden of Gethsemane followed by the six trails of Jesus Christ. The course will enable the students to understand the passion of Christ in the historic perspective as presented in the gospel accounts. The course strives to help students develop the skills to relate the truths, and message of cross and passion and translate them according to their culture/need. A special emphasis of this course is to urge the students to turn to the New Testament and read it cover to cover. Evaluation will be carried out during the classes by means of assignments, quizzes to recapitulate and revise, and the exam will be held at the end of the course.
